Train in the beautiful scenery of Haut-Bugey
There are 18 different routes and 4 workshops to complete (the boucle trail (loop) for endurance, côte longue for muscular resistance, côte force for strength, and kilomètre vertical for faster uphill running) across 4 different sites:
- Nantua,
- Oyonnax,
- Izernore,
- Brénod.
