Maison deroche – Sale of Poultry from Bresse


Présentation
On 15 hectares of grassy trails, we breed our Bresse AOP Poultry in the greatest Bresse tradition. Production of 15 000 Bresse poultry (chickens, chickens, capons) and 600 guinea fowl each year. Numerous awards.
Installed since 1998.

Guinea fowl
Processed products: guinea fowl and chicken rillettes. Galantine of poultry liver. Pot of Bresse chicken with cream.
Compliance with PDO specifications and animal welfare.
In addition, we grow the necessary cereals for their food (maize without GMO on 23 hectares and wheat on 10 hectares).
We value our production through direct sales. We work in close collaboration with the Lycée des Sardières, a member of the Etik'table network, for the transformation of our products. We like to discover our craft through visits to the farm (TablOvert network, tour operators and tourists on request). We participate each year in the competitions of Glorieuses de Bresse in December and open doors of "l'Ain from farm to farm" in April.
