Ferme Relais des Combettes - Permaculture nursery

Présentation
The Ferme Relais des Combettes is a permacultural micro-nursery for the reproduction of edible perennials or auxiliary plants in a forest garden. The production of the "pieds meres" is transformed at the farm in the form of jams and infusions.
An apiary and laying hens complete the farm's activities. The small hive is monitored using gentle beekeeping techniques, with the aim of producing virgin honey in the near future.
All production is carried out without the use of synthetic products. Currently in the process of converting to the Organic Agriculture label, the farm currently offers plants that have undergone no synthetic treatments.
Planted on clay-limestone soil, the nursery's mother trees acclimatize over the years to the altitude (650m), the semi-mountainous climate and the terroir. The trees therefore inevitably undergo the natural selection process of harsh winters, guaranteeing a certain rusticity. In addition to the nursery, the farm grows perfumed, aromatic and medicinal plants to make infusions, a source of natural well-being.
