100% natural activities: vertigo trails, climbing, canyoning, via ferrata and hiking... in the Revermont, Bugey region, but also close to Bourg-en-Bresse, Lyon and Geneva. Experiences for all levels.
Xavier Poilbout offers a wide range of nature activities in the Ain department: rock climbing, canyoning, accrobranche, via ferrata, vertigo trails... It's all possible. In "soft" versions for the whole family to enjoy to the full, or in "thrill" versions for those who always want more.
For children and adults, local authorities, individuals, groups, corporate seminars...

Xavier also invites you to take time out for yourself through forest bathing, to reconnect with yourself and nature. A break in the heart of nature to refocus and disconnect from our laptops.

ON RESERVATION

Sentier du vertige :
This is a cliff course where you progress using rope techniques and narrow, high paths called "vires". Even easier than the via ferrata, it combines climbing, hiking and abseiling (not compulsory) down vertical walls.

Hiking:
I invite you to come and discover the paths and peaks of the Ain mountains. 1/2 day or full day. From family hikes to the most challenging.

Snowshoeing :
Snowshoeing is the ideal way to get off the beaten track in winter and get away from the crowded pistes. Xavier will guide you safely through the Haut-Bugey massif, the Hauteville plateau, the Retord plateau and the magnificent crests and combes of the Haut Jura.

Climbing :
I'll share my passion and experience of climbing with you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned climber, I'll offer you sessions tailored to your level and your desires.

Canyoning :
In crystal-clear water, you'll descend a torrent which, over time, has carved out magnificent aquatic courses in the rock. You'll swim, slide down natural slides, jump into pools and abseil down. Jumps and abseils are not compulsory.

Via ferrata :
Somewhere between hiking and climbing, you'll make your way safely up walls using cables, ladders and rungs anchored in the rock. Accessible to all, I'll guide you on itineraries adapted to your level.

Forest bath:
Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese practice known in France as bain de forêt or sylvotherapy.
It's more than just a walk in the woods. It's an immersive, conscious practice that calls on all the senses. It's a privileged moment for yourself where you can enjoy the many benefits of the forest.
