As an independent wine merchant, I select my suppliers and wines according to my tastes, desires and needs. I'm a sommelier by trade, then a wine merchant since 2001, and I created the Cave Aindinoise in 2021.
A true independent enthusiast, I introduce you to small producers, whiskies, rums and spirits from little-known distilleries.
In the cellar, you'll find a selection of local beers, fruit juices, artisanal syrups, delicatessen, local products and gourmet baskets.
