Gîte en Dombes

Let yourself be seduced by the Domaine du Charmay. Housed in an old farmhouse from the Dombe region, it welcomes you for family reunions or get-togethers with friends. It has two adjoining gîtes, a dormitory and a reception room.
This Dombes gite has been tastefully and subtly revisited in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
This 15-bed gîte has 3 bedrooms and a dormitory, with two bathrooms on the first floor (one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility), and one upstairs, to ensure maximum comfort.
The spacious, light-filled entrance hall leads to the living room with its exposed beams, fireplace, mezzanine, piano and guitar... guaranteeing warm, convivial evenings... The living room adjoins the spacious, functional kitchen-dining area.

On the first floor, you'll also find the Chalaronne room, accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a king-size bed and a single bed.

Upstairs, the mezzanine, with its beautiful exposed beams and plunging view over the living room, offers reading areas, a small TV lounge and a children's play area.
You can choose between the vintage-decorated Jeannette room, which sleeps 2 in 2 single beds, or the romantic Fontenelle room, which also sleeps 2 in a double bed.
For children or adults, the Marius dormitory, with 3 bunk beds (i.e. 6 single beds) and a double bed, can accommodate up to 8 people.
A spacious bathroom with corner bathtub, shower and toilet completes this attractive accommodation.

Benefits of this gîte: The swimming pool is available to all guests. You can stroll around the pond, take advantage of the outdoor spaces, the large pool house/covered shelter to get together with family and friends, or enjoy a wedding in the reception room. A janitor is present on the property.
For larger gatherings, you can also rent the adjoining gîte "En Beaujolais", which sleeps 15.
For larger events, a reception room and a 14-bed dormitory can also be rented in addition to the two gîtes.
