Fast-growing beef farm with a main herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle.
La ferme du Trèfle is an innovative farm, in terms of the breeds offered, including Angus, the organization of its buildings, and its breeding methods inspired by the work of renowned researcher Temple Grandin.
By prior arrangement, we invite you to come and explore the site, where everything is designed to produce quality meat while respecting nature, the environment, the animals, the people who work there and the consumers. You'll not only see the breeding buildings, but also the barn drying area, and come across the feeding robots in action!
We'll tell you the story of this farm: the history of its development and its philosophy. You'll understand that this is a maturing farm where we think about well-being, the environment and product quality.

steaks hâchés façon bouchère, beef jerky, beef sausage, beef rillette, beef terrine, bûche de boeuf (a type of casingless sausage matured in herbs), beef merguez, ready-to-eat dishes in glass jars: beef bolognaise and beef bourguignon.
Pick-up at the farm on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2pm to 6:30pm.
